"Lost Then Found"

Last Thursday we went to the private opening of "Lost Then Found" an exhibit by photographer Steve Wood. Back in the day, Wood photographed Warhol for a magazine article but it ended up falling through and the photos were put to the wayside since they were never used in the magazine. The photos were stored away in Wood's house until they were found almost 20 years later in 2012. The photos have finally made it to the public and are on display at 345meatpacking through May 12. So go check them out!

Everyone needs to get into the new Man & Waif single 'House Chocha (Boom Boom Chi Chi)!" When we first heard the song we couldn't get it out of our heads and now there's an equally addicting video. Haus of Ammo and Nuni join forces to create a modern, dance house classic. The video features Ammo and Nuni dancing in changing looks in front of a psychedelic backdrop giving nods to 'Groove is in the Heart' by Dee-Lite. Everyone needs to take a chance and check out Fast Food Apparel. This amazing street wear line fresh out of Canada is blending pop culture and fashion. Many of their pieces feature popular logos in reflective hues on jerseys, tees, and sweatshirts. They also feature a number of refurbished vintage pieces that are to die for. I'm so in love with my 7/11 inspired piece gifted to me by the amazing designer Jacqui Karls who I had the change to party with this past week while she was in town. Bonding with Bond Hardware

Last Saturday we had the opportunity to pair up with the lovely Bond Hardware crew and host their look book release party. Bond Hardware is a great brand that is bridging the gap between bondage gear and fashion. Their newest collection focuses on neon accented hitch rings, seatbelt harnesses and gold embellished mouth guards. Vince and Dana's beautiful creations are to die for. Last week we attended the Interview Magazine X DSquared2 campaign launch party at the Copacabana. The party was ridiculously fun in typical Interview Magazine fashion. The event was packed with supermodels, designers, and the fashion elite who were all in town for NYFW. Dean and Dan debuted their new campaign video which featured the twin duo in drag mirroring one another with no actual mirror. (Check out the video below!) At the conclusion of the fashion film the crowd gave a huge applause and Dean and Dan popped a huge bottle of champagn in celebration. It was a great night with even greater friends!

Smart For Jeremy

After Jeremy's show this week, we had the amazing opportunity to meet up with the team from Smart Car and check out the new Jeremy Scott X Smart concept car at their showroom in Soho. The Smart for Jeremy Car is completely electric and features the designers iconic wings on the outside of the car symbolizing carefree driving fun! This is the first time a fashion designer has been able to change the body shape of a car, as designer collaborations usually only allow the designers to change the exterior color or interior materials.

After experiencing the beauty in person we headed over to the Standard Hotel for some dinner at the Standard Grill with some fellow bloggers before we headed upstairs to Le Bain for Jeremy's after party where we celebrated his beautiful new collection with some of our friends and danced to the sounds of iconic DJ trio, The Misshapes.

We can't wait to get our hands on the new Smart forJeremy car when it's released later in 2013! Its a great looking little car making it perfect for our busy city lives, not to mention it gets 122 miles per gallon gasoline equivalent (MPGe) without producing any local emissions!
